Од ова што го читав по нет изгледа не е фејк. Животно е физички и машки...секоја му чест. Јест да е голем ризик со тоа што напаѓачите биле со ножеви. Балкански менталитет, а Озил ја дувна и го остави сам да се бори. Наводно во колата биле и сопругите на двајцата.

Vinai: We have people with huge experience who love this club. There’s been a huge amount of change because we are not where we should be. The results won’t come straight away. It will take time.
Raul: We’ve been working for the last 12-14 months on the football model for the 21st century. The major change is from the manager to head coach. The coach should not be involved with the budgets. The big clubs are huge entities who control this
Raul: We have a contract negotiator, director of football operations to look at those aspects. Edu has proven knowledge of football and the club. His career is full of success. He has knowledge and we took our time but it was important to get his appointment right.
Raul: Edu will coordinate the scouting both in England and Internationally. When we spoke to Edu about the possibility of joining us he didn’t think twice despite already having a very prestigious role in football. He needs to work with the first team and plan ahead both in the medium term and long term.
Raul: When I mentioned to Unai about the possibility of Edu joining he said he would be more than happy to work with him.

Raul: Just on the matter of defenders, we have 2 defenders now who we didn’t have last season. (Assume he’s talking about Holding and Chambers).
Edu: We have people around with good information between Raul me and Unai. The most important thing I have to do is build a better squad. I have to make sure we keep Arsenal at the level we want to be.
Edu: We have to look after what we have today. Signings are the future which is sometime too far.

Raul: If I was to say a name now I would not be doing my job. We work on a plan and strategy from 4 months ago. We see what we have and players we have from the academy. The transfer window changes everyday. I’ve been doing this for 16 years. There are hard windows and easy ones.
Raul: This is a hard window. There is a lot of inflation. I don’t know how it is going to finish. I cannot promise you anything here except a consistent job and consistent work.
Raul: The system is implemented by the coach and he knows more than anyone here what’s the best type of player. Unai is helping us [with transfers]. He is NOT going to be ultimately responsible for what happens in this window and I want to make that clear

Vinai: I understand your frustration. Theres huge amount of change with objective of getting the club to get back to where we want to be. I don’t recognise this number £40m. We never talk about how much money we’ve got. We can’t go into negotiations with them knowing what we have.
Vinai: There’s a lot of misinformation. Players we’ve been linked for months who we haven’t even spoken to. 85% of the articles there are not true.

Raul: As I said already I cannot talk about players. I won’t get into that - due to effects on negotiations.
Raul: We have had good moments and I get completely that without the frustrations are no joys.
It is not a total disaster. Last year I was asked why I joined from Barcelona. When I moved to Arsenal, all the top clubs congratulated me. Don’t keep saying it’s bad and it’s a disaster.
Raul: we have very good players who are trying to understand a system and that will take time. I am not trying to patronise you. Let’s please be objective and have a bit of patience.
Raul: it is impossible to see the results of the all the changes we made in 1 season. Let’s see the positives. We had more goals more points. We are building.

Vinai: the ultimate objective is to win the premier league and champions league. We completely get the frustration and that people don’t just want to hear words but see action. We are working very hard to get this club where we want to.
