И сега никој не му се меша кој да игра а кој не, а и сам Алегри летото изјави дека трансфер целите ги прават сите во клубот со взаемно решение, што и самото тоа значи потврда дека лично е вмешан во тоа кој да купат а кој не, но на крајот преговорите ги водат Марота и Паратичи.
Се сложувам дека тренерот треба да има целосен авторитет врз играчите, треба да дејствуваат како една фамилија, и тренерот во никој случај не треба да воведе железна тупаница во тимот, но сепак на крајот од денот мора да има некој што ќе ја води таа фамилија и што ќе ги држи заедно како тим, а тоа е и една од главната функција на тренерот во еден клуб.
А ако пак сака да има главен збор во трансферите, тогаш дефинитивно Ањели и Марота кога не му дадоа на Конте таква слобода, тоа сигурно нема да му го дадат ниту на Алегри, а особено сега кога Марота и Паратичи ќе добијат нови договори за продолжување на соработката.

The demands coming from Allegri’s camp are rumoured to be in the four year €5 million range and would be a significant increase from his current deal, set to expire in 2018. Allegri has also asked for complete first team autonomy. The newspaper reports that Allegri has given Juventus until March 31st to agree to the new deal.

Јас не би му дал на ниту еден тренер слобода да одлучува за трансфери. Тренери доаѓаат и си одат, стратегијата на клубот во поглед на развој и трансфери мора да биде во раце на некој кој е долгорочно тука. Некој кој е над сите нив и е недопирлив. Така се одржува константност и се елиминира субјективност и фаворизирање играчи што е честа појава кај тренерите. Барем од бизнис перспектива така е. А мислам дека Јуве е воден од луѓе кои имаат голем осет за бизнис и затоа слично размислуваат.

Toj mozi da si bara, ama vo Juve (a i vo Italija opshto), tradicijata govori deka trenerot igra epten minorna uloga vo utvrduvanjeto na budzet za transferi, tuka si ima prihodi-rashodi, fifa ferplej itn, taka da trenerot moze eventualno da ima nekoj si zbor za transfer strategijata, ama i tuka go nema glavniot zbor, koj konkretno vo Juve go drzat Marota, Paratici i Nedved.Јас мислам цело ова е игра за поголем трансфер буџет и за подобра плата ама ај
