I have account here for a long time, this is my first post, and the reason is this fantastic tactic.
I've never used tactics from another virtual managers from the net, but this time AI just got me, I didn have so much free time to experiment with this game this year so I went on google and my search for ideal tactic for this game ended here.
First, the defending is amazing, the players movement without the ball, their pressing is just incredible, like piranhas. I conceded only 18 goals in 38 games with my Liverpool team. But the best thing is the way that they attack, everyone is involved in this segment of the game, everyone from the midfield ( dmc,mr,ml,mc,mc,mc ) is a real danger for the opponent and yet you don't have problems with the opponents counter attack, why ? Because the transformation from attack to defence and vice versa here is f-e-n-o-m-e-n-a-l, and that is the real deal with this tactic.
I've tried every tactic on the net but man this is It, this is The Tactic, hats down dude, you did it, and this is the real reason why i am writing this, cause I know that FM13 is problematic game, to many bugs ( corners, stupid mistakes with simple passes from the keeper or the last player in the defence etc etc ), I know that many people got frustrated and they started to play fm12 again so therefore I strongly recommend this tactic, the joy for playing this game is here again.
And I dont say that this is unbeatable tactc, or that you will be a champion for sure, but I think that this is a great starting point ( from tactical point of view ) for you, and you can always make some tweaks but for me that was unecessary. I know, its three man deffense tactic, how the hell this is It ... well I don't know, we are witness that there are many ilogical things this year in this game, so I guess this is one of them, and its good one for us, bad for AI.
A hint from me, just put all the defenders on individual training for Heading as we all know that AI can score easy goals from set pieces in this game ( since I did this, I reduced this problem ), and also, for all the players in the midfield, train them for finishing, as I said, everyone from this part of the field will be involved in the attack and you'll notice that they will miss some easy chances if they have problems with their finishing.
Again, nice job mate, keep it up.
p.s. I had problems with fatigue with the training, so I just move the slider to the left for more match training and now its ok.
