Gunners want Jesus Navas.
Arsenal are the latest top club to join the race for coveted Sevilla and Spain winger Jesus Navas, reports Goal.com. Arsene Wenger is believed to be an admirer, and could be set to make a move in the January transfer window. The Gunners will need to do battle for his signature, however, with the likes of Chelsea, Real Madrid, Juventus and Barcelona also chasing the 24-year-old. One stumbling block, however, could be Rojiblancos’ reluctance to sell. The player does have a minimum fee release clause in his contract, but it is considered so sizeable that it is unlikely any club, with the exception of Man City, would be able to meet it. Navas himself has also expressed his pleasure at making the grade with Sevilla, but negotiations relating to a contract extension are yet to commence.
