Тука сме негде :)
Мислам, разбирам дека Компјутерот е ремек дело, едно време 3 месеци го слушав, ама одамна веќе првите два ми се највртени.

Random Lyrics of the Day
Song: Like Spinning Plates
Album: Amnesiac

While you make pretty speeches,
I’m being cut to shreds.
You feed me to the lions,
a delicate balance

When this just feels like spinning plates.
I’m living in cloud cuckoo land.
And this just feels like spinning plates
Our bodies floating down the muddy river.

И додека го копирав текстов забележав нешто што не сум знаел за оваа чудна песна:

The studio version of “Like Spinning Plates” was built over the backing track of the song, “I Will,” played backwards.

From Jam!: Machine-gun quick, turntable-scratch-like noises, and what sounds like backwards guitar notes define the rhythm, while Yorke’s voice sounds distorted, like the creepy dwarf from “Twin Peaks.” Is it about the hubbub of a musician’s lifestyle finally starting to wind down to a more manageable pace? Or is the spinning plate Yorke sings about actually the fragile balance of the world about to come crashing down?

Colin: The ominous tones of Like Spinning Plates. In Copenhagen, I was listening to Womançs Hour [popular BBC Radio 4 programme]. They were talking about this English composer, whose name I cançt remember, who wrote a piece of music for a singer where all the phrasings were backward but she sung it forward. Thom sung the backwards melody. It was recorded forward then listened to backwards and he did the phrasing so as to create backward sounding words but its sung forwards. It’s kind of my favourite track.

1. Fake Plastic Trees was inspired in part by Jeff Buckley.
Allegedly, Thom Yorke’s lead vocal track for Fake Plastic Trees, from OK Computer, was recorded immediately following a concert by Jeff Buckley at the Garage in London. As the story goes, Yorke rushed to the studio after the show, recorded the vocal take that ended up making the studio version, and burst into tears, moved by what he had seen on stage.
2. Yorke isn’t a big fan of his own voice.
Despite the fact that he his singing voice is basically unanimously praised, Thom said at one point that his voice bothers him. “It annoys me how pretty my voice is... how polite it can sound when perhaps what I'm singing is deeply acidic.”
3. The marketing for Pablo Honey left a lot to be desired.
Ostensibly attempting to capitalize on the so-called “MTV Generation”, Capitol Records’ promotional campaign for the band’s 1993 debut Pablo Honey referred to the band as “Oxford England’s rowdiest new band”, called them “Better than Butt-Head”, and even said “huh huh huh – music that doesn’t suck” on top of promotional fliers.
4. South Park’s creators had difficulty getting Radiohead to emote when they guest-starred on the show.
In the 2001 South Park episode titled Scott Tenorman Must Die, the members of Radiohead played themselves. Apparently, show co-creator Matt Stone had trouble getting Yorke to really emote in his line – ironic, considering the emotive qualities of the band’s music. Said Stone: “It's such a funny line to give some guy who's such a brilliant singer and who's so brilliant at emoting perfectly, exactly, in such a complex and beautiful way. I'm just trying to get him to do this dumb line, and I have to say, 'Hey man, you've got to put some feeling into it!”
5. Jonny Greenwood gave Creep its signature crunch out of spite.
According to Radiohead lore, Greenwood considered the single “too wimpy”, so he deliberately maxed out his distortion pedals and smashed the strings as aggressively as he could before the chorus, as a protest against the song’s polish. It didn’t work quite as he planned – the guitar jabbing became one of the song’s most memorable attributes.
6. Paranoid Android might have been conceptualized during a night out at the Los Angeles bar scene.
One of the perceived inspirations for the single is that it came about after a particularly nightmarish experience in L.A. – “Lead singer Thom Yorke decided to bar-hop in Los Angeles one night, but what began as a festive evening soon became a nightmare as Yorke found himself surrounded by parasitic scene-stalkers intent on extracting a pound of Yorke-flesh. ‘The people I saw that night were just like demons from another planet,’ said Yorke, now safely ensconced in a New York hotel. ‘Everyone was trying to get something out of me. I felt like my own self was collapsing in the presence of it, but I also felt completely, utterly part of it, like it was all going to come crashing down any minute.’”
7. Just was recorded in one take.
Allegedly, despite its complex structure and multiple guitar tracks, the single from The Bends was apparently recorded in one take, live, with no overdubs. That’s quite impressive.
8. There is an actual King of Limbs.
The band’s 2011 album the King of Limbs, while seemingly an abstract concept, actually did have a direct, tangible origination – it refers to an Oak tree in Wiltshire’s Savernake Forest, coincidentally a short drive from where Radiohead recorded most of the album In Rainbows. (
9. In Rainbows’ “pay-what-you-want” process wasn’t extremely lucrative.
For their 2007 album, Radiohead allowed fans to download the record for whatever price they wanted to pay – including free, if that was the preference. Apparently, the average price customers paid for the download was £2.90 (roughly $6) – with up to 60 % of downloaders opting to pay nothing at all.
10. Radiohead left a cryptic answering-machine message to fans on an EP.
The Airbag/How Am I Driving EP included a number, 1426148550, printed on its cover. When fans called the number, a voice recording of Yorke greeted them with a “hello”. Apparently, the band listened to messages the fans left but never used them for any future projects.
