Andre Drummond said he is using virtual reality to improve his free throw percentage.
You can't make this stuff up. Drummond said that he puts on a headset and watches himself making free throws at various angles. "They’re all makes, obviously, so it’s constantly watching myself shoot the same shot, over and over again, and now while I’m out there it’s second nature," he said. Drummond shot 35.5 percent from the line last season, so it's encouraging to see him so devoted to improve despite signing a max deal over the summer. His free throw shooting is the only thing holding him back from being an elite standard-league asset.
