I told you before about potential problem because of Bakrie's connection. Anyway, let me tell you some thing about this Roeslani guy. Bear in mind, I'm not trying to make the deal looks bad whatsoever, I'm just stating the fact.
The guy is in charge of an Indonesian-based investment company called Recapital. The company has been proved to be an important financial partner for Bakrie group, as they have wide experiences of dealing in capital market, such as conducting Initial Public Offering (IPO), financial advisory, and so on. But those aren't the main reason why this company is so important for Bakrie. The reason is because the company provides a way for them to swindle public fund for their own interest. ...
When a company sells its shares in IPO, it is urged to pay dividends to public, as the ownership percentage of the company's founder is reduced. However, there is one little trick to outfox the system, which is by appointing a third party to receive company's cash flow in form of investment or loans, then delayed the repayment. Because the amount of dividend that must be paid is determined by the cash availability in the company, it basically waives the obligation to pay dividend to the shareholders, at least in short-term period.
Still don't get it? Let me put this way. Suppose, you and I establish a joint company; you provide the money, I'm the one in charge. Because of my management skills, the company becomes a very profitable one. Eventually, when the time to divide the profit comes, you ask me to give you your part. If I were a honest man, I wouldn't give a second thought for your request, but hey, this is one cunning little fox that you talked to, why should I do it? I wouldn't give your money, but I need to find a clever way so you won't be suspicious. Suddenly, a brilliant idea pops up in your mind. 'Hey, why don't I tell him that I can't give the money because I lend the money to my brother?' 'And when I lend the money, I'll tell my brother to lend the money again to me (with a different name), so I can either use or invest the money back'. Smart isn't it? Well, for one or two times, it may be worked well, but when you become more and more in need of the money, the trick will crumble into pieces.

Искрено левоо не ме заболе за тоа како Руслани си ги менаџира сопствените ресурси во индонезија, он го прави тоа што секој бизнисмен би го направил, си ги штити сопствените интереси. А и како што си кажуе самиот дечко во постот, он си нашол паметен начин да ги заобиколи правилата. Зошто да не ќари на дупка во законот ако може?
Втора работа, Морати блада 4 месеци наназад каков е договорот, ама по светов има раја што сака се изџвакано да чита па отвара гоал ком да му го перат мозокот. Во договорот помеѓу Морати и бандава, Морати има право на откуп назад на клубот во било кое време, по истата цена по која го продал, втора работа, ова ти е Италија, ЕУ, овде законите важат, ако Морати 4 месеци се малтретираше за таков договор, сигурно нема да остави се на случајност.
