If I were Laporta and the fans, I'll give Xavi his full contract!
First off, man has no experience in European matches so taking him off because we couldn't qualify for Ro.16 is very illogical. Once we do that, what next? Roberto Martinez???
2ndly, Look at Arsenal, they were so laughed at, scorned to hell, but in the end, Arteta's genius paid off. The board were patient enough, and now Arsenal is on top of the PL table after MD10.
3rdly, we've improved, and we're improving. Xavi is still a newbie to this game, and until we realize that fact, we'll only grab heartbreaks upon heartbreaks. Plus, we doing well in Laliga. I'm not even expecting us to win it. A Copa del Rey would be good for us all. Maybe even supercopa. But we doing better, at least we without Messi and we are performing at this highrate in the league.
With all these reasons, I don't see why the board should sack Xavi. Normally, that would be the most illogical thing to do. Highly illogical. We should have patience, give our coach his 4 years. We are moving up, and moving up, there are a lotta obstacles.
BUT
Xavi should mordenify his Tiki taka
But I don't blame him
What would you expect from a guy that managed outside Europe where slow soccer is played, got new to the tikitaka managing ways, never learnt as an assistant manager, at least under Enrique or Pep, just bam! Thought he was ready and he moved??
Soccer is no longer slowpaced like the late 2000's
It's evolved
It's super fast now
And once our tikitaka moves on too, we ain't experiencing no change!
