Politico
writes in its article that China supplies weapons and military products, as well as dual-use products. They take data from customs documents.
So, as an example, they cite the supply of CQ-A rifles by the state company NORINCO to the Russian company Tekhkrim, as well as the supply of bulletproof vests and Maviks and components for drones in the face of batteries and cameras from DJI. Goods, except for rifles, go through the Emirates, from there to Turkey, and then to Russia.
What is interesting is that, most likely, American journalists simply attributed the supply of Maviks and broniks to the Chinese state - this is sold by private firms, and their activities by Beijing in peacetime for China are not strictly regulated. And Maviks are bought by both sides. In general, there is a lot of desire to blame the Chinese, but there is little professionalism among the journalists of the publication.
