Milik has already said yes to Juventus but an agreement with Napoli is missing. The Polish striker prefers Juve over Atletico and Spurs and has refused a renewal with Napoli. Bernardeschi could be used in exchange but Pellegrini is also considered. [Corriere Torino]

A revolution at Juventus is not expected but an organizational adjustment. Stefano Bertola is temporarily appointed CFO to replace Marco Re. Bertola has been at the club for 15 years & enjoys a great deal of trust from Agnelli, so much so that he accompanies him to ECA meetings.
Other changes are on the horizon at Juve but not in the sports sphere: Paratici remains firmly in charge of the sports area & will continue to report directly to Agnelli. At this stage, the appointment of a general manager after losing Marotta and Mazzia in 2018 is excluded.
