Украдов едно мислење пошто ми се бендиса. Ако спикате инглиш, еве:
How can the 3-4-3 really work skeet? That is the point.
We dont really have the pace. I like you so I'll explain this, bear with me.
This is basically the template for his 3-4-3, the players will rotate and offcourse J.Z, might play where Froggy is or where Cambiasso is and if necessary on the wings even though he hasnt really been an attacking wingback for a couple of years now.
The attack is fine, because they have the freedom to move and they will score goals and create, great, I dont have any complaints last night. I mean they had what 10 days to work and we still managed to score 3 goals.. and it will get better.
But the rest of the team, lets go through them one by one.
Lucio- He is virtually playing as a RB and doing what Maicon would do in the 4 man way of things. If god forbid he loses the ball, the opponents are against 2 of our defenders and no matter who they are, they arent really as quick as Lucio, meaning a season of red cards if we continue with this defence. Plus yesterday we say how Miccoli pulled Lucio out of position soooooooo many times yesterday. So fuckin easy. And its not easy to make Lucio look poor. Lucio likes to roam and a good RB or a DM who can cover for him in the old way of things is where he shines. So he is Out of his fav position, out of his comfort zone.
Samuel- Again plays as the last line of defence but cant really play a high line without a defensive pawn in midfield. Give him Cambiasso as DM and see he will become the wall, again in this role he is isolated and trying to control the entire central defence by himself. So he is Out of his fav position, out of his comfort zone.
Froggy- He is a good defender, I've the utmost faith in him and I know he will be the future, but he never has had pace or the ability to stop a quick dribbling forward, that is his achilles heel. Any opponent will see that and target it, in EVERY. SINGLE. GAME. Plus he's right footed and will have to play on the left, So he is Out of his fav position, out of his comfort zone.
Maicon- He is a steam train and him gathering momentum in our half and running towards the opponents like the Hulk is what his strength is, is what he is all about. Think Maicon and you will think that. But as an RM he has lesser space to gain momentum and pace, offcourse he's a quality player but last season we say he doesnt really come back to defend if he's attacking, and if we play him even further up, it will mean the right side is empty more often than not because he cant really be sucessful in all his runs. And that means Lucio will be alone on the right again. So even Maicon is Out of his fav position, out of his comfort zone.
Cambiasso- our 2 previous coaches have tried and failed to convert him into a CM. He is atleast thrice the player as a DM and makes our defence look better. So he is Out of his fav position, out of his comfort zone. in addition to out of his best position.
Sneijder- I dont even need to explain this, yes Wesley has the quality to suceed at this position, but he is reluctant. Even if Gasp plays him only in attack as he said before this game, Wesley is still not sold on the whole idea. So he is Out of his fav position, out of his comfort zone.
Nagatomo- Maybe he can adjust to this role, but he struggled in the last game.. too sooon to give a verdict but he didnt really contribute defensively, he needs to learn this role starting from scratch.
And if someone now says that we need to worry about the team and what the coach wants and not the players and keeping them happy, please look at what Leo acheived last season vs Rafa trying to do the same.
