Не но си капа, зошто кој носи капа....[DOUBLEPOST=1418376718][/DOUBLEPOST]Robbie Fowler -
“Last season Brendan was manager of the year, but more than that, he had Liverpool playing in a way they’ve not seen at Anfield for years, with a philosophy that is based on what the club has always been about.
“He’s not afraid to make decisions, and I reckon he’s tougher than maybe some people realise.
"So he can cope with this, no matter how bad the criticism gets, and you’ve seen that he’s the one who stands up and takes the blame, which shows he won’t hide from it – and the players will appreciate that.
“What I think he’s shown too, is that he is a modern coach, who can adapt his ideas, and keep progressing. He overachieved last season, definitely, but he didn’t fluke it.
“He was the best coach last year, ahead of the likes of Mourinho. That hasn’t gone away in a few months.
“They’ve had a lot of changes, they’ve lost a striker who was the best in the world for much of last season, and they’re clearly struggling to integrate a whole load of new, young players, who have found it hard to adapt to the Premier League.
“But really, all this criticism, so much of it is hindsight. He got criticised for his team selection against Basel – hindsight. Same as some of the summer buys. No one was complaining when the club made all those signings.”
Fowler added -
“I think if you look really clinically at what happened with Suarez, are you really going to be able to replace him and carry on as though he’s not gone?
"You’d probably need to sign Ronaldo or Messi, or at least Aguero to do that...and that’s not going to happen.
“So what are you going to do? Try to get in the top four this season, and develop young players who may become top stars further down the line. That will still be the aim, even though it hasn’t really gone to plan so far.
“If you are looking a bit longer term, rather than the immediate moment, then you don’t start panicking when a few defeats come along.
"You back a young manager with a strong philosophy that has already been proven. Mind you, it wouldn’t half help if you could get a result at United.”
