Уште еден факт дека Моџи сето ова го прави за ЈУВЕ, тој има уште 1 година суспензија и комотно можеше да си ќути и ништо да не превземе, заебано човече е :mist:

Никаква. Ако добиеше некаква казна ќе беше в затвор , а иначе беше осуден и доби имунитет од државата ...
иначе доколку адвокатскиот тим на Моџи го поништи калчополи ќе биде поништена и “казната“ на Џираудо , бидејќи во тој случај калчополи никогаш не постоел ...

И доколку се поништи калчополи адвокатскиот тим на Моџи ќе поднесе тужба против тие што го покренаа и за тоа што само Моџи и Јувентус беа предмет на истрага, значи ќе се докаже тезата дека калчополи беше измислен... Плус милионски оштети за Моџи и Јувентус , отварање на нов судски процес за Телеком Италија и незаконско прислушување (учесниците во ова добро ни се познати) итн итн ... кога ќе согледаш подобро каков и да биде крајот победникот е ист :wink:

Ќе почекаме, не е проблем, но убеден сум дека процесов ќе заврши во полза на Моџи, а со самотото тоа и Јуве. До сега се што направи човеков го направи со памет и многу тактички. Не верувам дека би кренал толкава фама доколку не е сигурен во исходот.
