1) Greece recognizes FYROM with the constitutional name Republic of Makedonija and removes any reservations for Makedonija's accession to EU, NATO etc. Greece affirms and respects Makedonija's territorial integrity.
2) The Makedonci are identified as a distinct, South Slavic ethnic group with their own language (termed as Makedonski), heritage etc. exactly like the other modern Macedonian ethnic groups, e.g. Greeks, Albanians, Bulgarians etc. A modern Macedonian ethnic group is any ethnic group inhabiting the modern region of Macedonia (Region Makedonija in Makedonski).
3) RM affirms and respects the territorial integrity of the Hellenic Republic and specifically Greek sovereignty over the largest part of Macedonia Proper (Star Makedon in Makedonski, Gnisia/Archea Makethonia in modern Greek), the territory of the original, ancient Hellenic kingdom of the Macedon (Stari Makedoni in Makedonski, Archei Makethones in modern Greek). The exact boundaries of the part of Macedonia Proper under Greek sovereignty have been established in previous international treaties.
