PSG Enter The Race For AC Milan Starlet
PSG are the latest club to have expressed an interest in signing AC Milan’s highly rated youngster Stephan El Shaarawy.
The Parisians have made El Shaarawy their number one target should they fail to land England and Manchester united striker Wayne Rooney according to reports in Italy.
Gazzetta dello Sport report that El Shaarawy is not looking to leave Milan, but his future is by no means clear as the Rossoneri and coach Massimiliano Allegri plan to turn to a 4-3-1-2 formation next season.
As a result the Rossoneri are open to the idea of a selling the 20-year-old after vice-president Adriano Galliani was quoted as saying “he is not off the market.”
The Diavolo are looking for a fee close to €40 million for the Savona native.
El Shaarawy took the Serie A by storm last season, scoring 16 goals in 37 appearances on way to helping the Rossoneri to a 3rd place finish.
