Two elderly metro passengers in Munich were attacked by a group of young men of Middle Eastern appearance last weekend as they tried to protect a woman from being sexually harassed. The alleged asylum seekers went berserk when the old men intervened.

The assault that took place on a train going from Sendlinger Tor station to the Munich city center terminal was recorded on a mobile phone by Munich citizen Tom Roth, who uploaded it to his Facebook page.

The clip lasting less than a minute shows how several young men of middle eastern appearance attack two elderly Germans, who moments earlier had come to the defense of a young woman harassed by the same group.

After seizing the Germans by the hands and insulting them verbally, a young attacker kicks one of the old men, then holds him by the neck from behind and threatens him. The other attackers make sure none of the passengers can interfere by creating a safe zone. The second German man is seen grappling with one of the migrants.

According to the author of the footage, Tom Roth, the incident broke out after a young woman rejected one of the migrant's advances, who had addressed her in English and placed his hand on her back.

After being brushed off, the harasser struck a window with full force to express his dissatisfaction, Roth recalled. This is when the old men asked the migrants to behave.

The man wearing a brown jacket acted aggressively, patting the head of one old man, who immediately stood up.

Other passengers tried to call the disrespectful asylum seekers to order.


Once the train arrived at the station, Tom Roth called the police, but law enforcement officers said there was nothing they could do. ( )

Austria won't deport Afghan asylum seeker who raped 72yo woman

An 18-year-old asylum seeker who raped a 72-year-old pensioner will not be deported from Austria to Afghanistan after serving his 20-month prison sentence.
The Afghan asylum seeker, identified as Wahab M., was found guilty of raping an elderly woman by the Regional Court on Wednesday, Austrian press reported. He was sent to jail and issued a €5,000 fine.

The maximum penalty would have been five years behind bars, according to Austria’s Kurier newspaper, but the judges considered several mitigating factors such as his being underage (the attacker was 17 at the time of the incident), his confession and the absence of a criminal record.

After serving his sentence, the refugee will remain in Austria as he received a short term in jail (less than three years).
In the meantime, the newspaper revealed new details of the case. The 72-year-old woman was identified as Christina F., from the town of Traiskirchen, in eastern Austria. Traiskirchen currently has one of the biggest refugee centers in Austria. Christina’s daughter Sylvia was reportedly working with asylum seekers.

The incident took place on September 1, 2015, local media reported, but police didn’t reveal it at the time because of the sensitivity of the case.

"It was a really hot day and I decided to take my dog for a walk along the Schwechat River [in Traiskirchen] , and saw two young men swimming there,” the old lady recalled, as cited by Kurier newspaper.

One of the young men reached out his hand to her and asked her to help him onto the bank, she said, adding that she helped him without any suspicion.

"Suddenly, I felt a blow from behind,” Christina said, adding that she was grabbed and pushed to the ground. The man put his hand over her mouth and tore off her clothing.

The victim, who weighed only 48 kilograms, was unable to fend off the attacker while her 13-year-old dog “was sadly not up to protecting his mistress from the attack," a friend of the woman, Hans Vesely, 72, later said.

After the attack, she managed to get home. Later she was found by her friend whom she told what had happened after he saw the bruises on her body.

"She is not the same woman anymore. She doesn't trust being left on her own and does not leave home, and she's become very weak since the incident," Vesely said.

Initially the authorities were not able to find the perpetrator. He was caught after committing a petty crime which required his DNA sample. This matched the one found on the old lady and authorities arrested the refugee.

First he denied the accusations, saying he was drunk and didn’t have a clue what exactly happened. His friend also said he saw nothing. Eventually Wahab M. admitted the rape, following the disclosure of DNA evidence.

Austrian authorities deported at least 3,278 asylum seekers in 2015, interior ministry estimates say. In most cases, they were deported because their applications were rejected and only a few of them because of criminal convictions.

Sexual assaults and harassment of women by male refugees and migrants has been a hot topic recently. The first city to report about such cases on New Year’s Eve was Cologne, Germany where “heavily intoxicated” men of “Arab or North African” origin were attacking local women en masse in the city center.

Similar incidents have been reported in other German cities such as Berlin, Frankfurt and Stuttgart. Police have also been accused of covering up migrant attacks.

АЛИ, мене ми смета што овие мигрантиве што напаѓаат жители се ставани под капата на мултикултурализмот и толеранцијата... значи врз тебе можат да се изживуваат, тепаат, силуваат, ама ти никако не смееш да реагираш дека ќе те прогласат за расист и фашист и одма ќе бидеш оцрнет од околината. Полицијата ретко кога реагира на вакви случаеви, и претежно ваквите дешавки ги става "под тепих". Е мене тоа ми смета, ако веќе си одлучил да живееш во друга држава, тогаш почитувај ги жителите таму и тамошните закони... е ова на мигрантите не им успева, а постојано се заштитувани како бели мечки. Затоа ми сметаат и тие ЛЏБТ лицата (не дека имам нешто против нив, нека се ебат со кого сакаат... ама редовно се на страната на "угнетените" мигранти), невладините организации, и оние луѓено како Агда и сестра и по форум кои квичат насекаде за мигрантите, а кога ќе направат беља овие, нигде ги нема.

Русија е пример како треба да се постапува кон ваквиот тип на луѓе... го напаѓаш и тероризираш локалното население? Направи го бумбар, смести го во самица, прати го на Сибир... ни сопствената мајка да не знае каде му е гробот. А не ко овие државиве од типот на Шведска, Германија, Франција... прекумерна сила, угнетувани, пречекувани со цвеќиња итн. Е тоа е веќе посерување, и мене ми смета тоа.

normalno e koga nekoj nov od skros drugo mesto ke dojde vo germanija deka na pocetok on od start ima po nekoj problem da se vklopi. no minatoto pokaza deka pogolemiot del brzo se snaoga (osven, ke povtoram, sto kaj muslimanite imas del koj i posle 2-3 generacii ima problem da se snajde).

“Germany is a clean country and should remain so” states the document, reminding migrants that, in Germany, “We do our necessities exclusively on toilets, not in gardens and parks, not even in hedges and behind bushes.”

Hardheim, in Franconia Odenwald, is home to just 4,600 inhabitants. Yet approximately 1,000 refugees are currently housed in nearby Carl-Schurz-Kaserne.

Locals produced the document to help migrants integrate into their tightly knit community, and published it on the municipality website.

Some people online have accused the village of “racism,” however, and of indulging “stereotypes,” not respecting “German political tolerance,” and addressing migrant like “animals.” The page has now been taken down.

According to reproductions in the German media, they very politely began:

“Dear stranger, dear stranger! Welcome to Germany, welcome to Hardheim. Many of you have gone through terrible things. War, mortal danger, a perilous escape across half the world. That is over now. You are now in Germany.”

The document asks migrants to “learn as soon as possible the German language, so that we can communicate and you can bring your needs to express to us,” and to not make noise after 10pm in their small village.

Informing migrants they need to, “pay [for] goods at the grocery store before you open them” in Germany, and must not, “enter private property; no gardens, barns and other buildings and also not take fruit and vegetables that do not belong to you.”

More fundamental issue of Western law and culture, which migrants can struggle with, are also addressed:

“It is true that religious freedom is for all [in Germany],” they state. Equality of the sexes is mentioned: “Women must lead an independent life and have the same rights as men,” stating that all women must be treated with respect.

It also instructs the migrants, who are nearly all men, to refrain from making sexual advances on “young women” in the small town, by not “asking of mobile numbers and Facebook contact, harass them, or ask anyone to get married,” it says.

“Germany is a peaceful country,” concludes the statement.
