1.Westgate Shopping City Located west of Zagreb, Westgate Shopping City is the largest shopping mall in Croatia with
226,000 m2 of gross area and 100,000 m2 of sale localities. Investor groups FOCUS INVEST GmbH, Braunsberger Holding and Plus City/ Shopping Center WESTGATE Zagreb Beteiligungs GmbH invested 270 million euro in this international project and Westgate was built in record time – only 15 months.
2.Arena Centar spans across
175.000 m2 including 10 anchor stores, over 200 medium to small sized shops and Interspar – large hypermarket in Croatia. In addition to several brands that are new on the Croatian retail market, there are several restaurants that are sure to satisfy any gourmet.
3.City Center One Split officially opened its doors on November 12, 2010. The 140 million euro project includes 150 stores, 5 level parking garage, numerous bars, restaurants and children's play center. City Center One extends across
100,000 m2 including three floors of retail space, five floors of parking, 150 available commercial office spaces, and catering and service facilities. The 5 level garages offer more than 2,700 available parking spaces for visitors, with a special garage for employees. The entire shopping complex is adapted for persons with disabilities and children.
4.City Center one is the first standard two-storey shopping mall in Croatia. Due to exceptional business results and strong interest in space for lease, expansion of City Center one began in the summer of 2008. At a grand re-opening on April 16, 2009, City Center one was expanded to hold 42 new stores on an area of 36,000 sq m with a total of 2,100 parking spaces. The total area of a little
over 100,000 sq m holds 130 stores, restaurants, cafés, additional services, as well as the mall management and maintenance.

largest in the world. Istanbul Cevahir was built on a 62,475 m2 (672,000 sq ft) land plot at a cost of US$250 million. It has a total floor area of
620,000 m2 (4,521,000 sq ft) and a
gross leasable area of 110,000 m2 (1,184,000 sq ft) for shops and restaurants. The six retail floors of the shopping centre house 343
shops (some of which are the first in Turkey to sell certain international brands); 34
fast food restaurants and 14 exclusive restaurants.
