Marveaux DID fail a medical and also wanted to change his wage structure so that was killed immediately.
Meireles IS available for the right price and despite a PR exercise if the right bid came in he's off.
Enrique deal is at a dead end due to NUFC valuation of £15-£20m so as i've stated on Twitter some time ago Cissokho is the new target for this position.
Dann: Has an injury at present so expect this deal IF its to go through it'll be August
Lovren(sp): Has been approached and talks are on going.
Mata: Again this has stalled...we get the feeling he's holding out for another club as progress is non existant as i type this.. we are keen but the interest is cooling.
Turan: Was appraoched 10 days ago and its no secret he'd
play
for us in a heartbeat but we've simply marked him dow as an option.
Aguero: Meeting took place in La Plata in late June and talks were amicable LFC feel the player would come to us but understand he has a career changing decision to make so we've made our pitch/offer and we'll leave it to the player.
I wont bore you with players that are for sale as its not rocket science..we have genuine interest in 7 players and i expect the majority to shuffle off to pastures new.
A quick note on all the abuse from people both myself and others receive is uncalled for..we do not suggest what we post is gospel and that there are some people who have genuine information, we cannot predict a players choice nor can we forsee deals falling apart we can only pass on what we are told.
As you can see from all my posts the players involved have not changed..i do not adopt the "scatter gun" approach.
