Ова е максимална оценка што можам да ја извадам за Боб Марли кој иначе ми е еден од омилените пејачи, ако не и најомилен. Не е лош филмот, само некако сценариски е тенок, почнува со внатрешните немири у Јамајка почеток на 70тите, нападот врз Марли и неговото селење во Лондон каде го снима Егзодус албумот, набрзина помината европската турнеја, дијагнозата и со одјавната шпица се збогува со неговиот лик и дело.
Неубаво објаснето, ако некој сака од филмов да учи за Боб Марли ништо нема да научи. Кинематографски е добар, глума океј, музика врвна и отприлика толку у кратки црти.
Бред Пит е извршен продуцент, Теренс Винтер го пишувал сценариото, очекував поише кога ја видов екипата али јеби га, што би се рекло, тоа е.
