Интересно интервју на Пеп во Доха, каде што кажува за важноста на играчите и на тоа колку го засакува тимот.

превземено од bigsoccеr форумот на Баерн....the transfer of Robert Lewandowski: "Karl-Heinz Rummenigge talked about Lewandowski. I understand why you (the journalists) ask, you want my opinion on the matter but it wouldn't be okay towards my team and BVB. I will talk about him next season, if you want I'll make an entire press conference especially about Lewandowski.
...Mario Mandzukic: 'He's a strong player, he was the topscorer of this team last season and also this one. He was very, very important until now. When we didn't play well his goals were very important to win games. He's a super professional, he's got a contract, he'll stay here.'
...the fitness of Bastian Schweinsteiger: 'I'm very happy about him being here (at Doha). It's a process and he's feeling much, much better. He can walk straight without pain but maybe he needs a little more time. For me personally he's very important, our second captain and hence very important for the club, not only the squad. Also for the National Team, for Brazil. But it's a process, we have to keep calm. I hope it'll get better on a day-to-day basis.'
...Arjen Robben: 'He played incredible during the months prior to his injury, he was our top player. I've maybe seen one or two players who were as much a professional as Arjen throughout my career. He's got an incredible mentality. I hope he'll be back as soon as possible. It's getting better eery day, there's only a tinytiny pain left.'
...complacency im training: 'This can happen but our situation last year was similar. Jupp had to handle the very same situation. The players are intelligent and fully aware that there is another player just one step behind them to take over their spot if they play badly and lack focus. That's just how it works at Bayern, I don't have to spell that out specifically. The players have a good mentality.'
...the quintuplet: 'It is fast (almost) impossible zu verbessern (to improve).' (original quote)
...Franck Ribéry: 'his very big heart impresses me. A player of his level doing this amount of defensive work and helps his comerades, I have never seen something quite like it. It's a great honor to be his coach. I hope I can help him get even better.'
...Ballon d'Or gala on January 13th: ' Franck has to visit Zürich with a big grin on his face and just be proud to be there. Of course he wants to win, everybody deserves it. I hope he can enjoy it because it's an extraordinary experience.'
...being called the 'best team in the world': I understand that people say those things but I'm coach and we could already lose tomorrow. I have to stay focused. Bayern was the best team in the world with Jupp. This season we have to deserve it to be called 'best team in the world'. If we play at the level of the first 20 minutes at the club WC final in Marrakesh then we're a good teama. If we play like in the 2nd half then we're not. That wasn't the best team in the world'.
...hindrances for Bayern: 'Every team, we can lose against anybody. It depends on us. It would be boring if we knew that we'll win beforehand.'
...Toni Kroos: 'I'm fascinated by players who simply enjoy playing footballing. Players who take the ball and do something with it as soon as they enter the pitch. He dominates the pressure. He always wants the ball. That's the reason why he was incredible for us. He was our only midfielder in the beginning and he's got a great personality. He's only 24 years old and has much room left to improve.'
...the position of Phillip Lahm in the 2nd half of the season: ' I don't know. It's an idea, without Basti he'll continue in midfield. He can play three positions, maybe even as a wing-forward. He can also play in midfield together with Basti, why not? I have to take the right decisions for every game, it always depends on many different factors.'
