Damien Comolli, who is no longer in office, reached €1,950,348 in total: €1,100,348 for his functions and benefits, plus a severance indemnity of €850,000 gross.

The club also waived the right to seek repayment of the signing bonus provided for in the previous contract.

Maurizio Scanavino received €298,382, Diego Pistone €26,458, and Kerstin Andrea Lutz €25,315 until her resignation on June 25, 2026
For the new season, the agreement with Carnevali provides for a fixed annual gross compensation of €1.75M, higher than the one million initially contemplated by the 2025/26 remuneration policy for the general manager role
