Dida: 6 – Still not the tidiest of performances, but did his job when called upon.
Abate: 6.5 – Lost a lot of possession early on, but grew into the game and kept the dangerous Marchisio quiet for the most part.
Thiago Silva: 7 – Made some important clearing headers from minute one and unleashed a belter which could have made it 2-0 during the first half.
Nesta: 7.5 – Scored the opening goal and led the backline with his usual composure and class, helping Thiago Silva to give Amauri a million headaches.
Antonini: 7 – Struggled early against Salihamidzic, but then started to win the battle, resulting in the Bosnian's withdrawal.
Gattuso: 6.5 – The Tasmanian Devil scrapped away in midfield to hlp the Rossoneri stay on top in the central battle. Looks better for the month off he got in December.
Pirlo: 6.5 – Used the ball well and, aided by the industry of Gattuso and Ambrosini, directed from the centre.
Ambrosini: 7 – Battled well again, builing on his super showing against Genoa in midweek. The real leader in the middle of the park.
Beckham: 6.5 – Heavily involved early on, but faded out of the game for periods. Got back into the game late on, and provided some dangerous crosses which had Juventus on their toes at the back.
Borriello: 6.5 – Worked incredibly hard and caused Cannavaro a number of problems, although he could have netted in the second period with some quicker thinking.
Ronaldinho: 8 – Fast becoming Milan's talisman. Two goals topped a fantastic performance as the Brazilian turned in another performance to suggest he could be nearing his best once more. Grygera couldn't get near him.
