This thus closes a line of investigation born within the scope of the criminal proceedings linked to the "Prisma" investigation, initially started by the Turin Prosecutor's Office and then transferred to the Rome Public Prosecutor's Office
The matter had become publicly known on December 6, 2023, when #Juve had announced that it had received a request for document acquisition relating, in particular, to the balance sheets as of June 30, 2022
According to what was communicated at the time by the club, the investigations concerned the same matters that had already been the subject of the Turin investigation and of the Consob proceedings: the so-called capital gains from "cross operations" and the "salary maneuvers"
The transfer of the proceedings to Rome had therefore opened an additional judicial step on the 2022 balance sheet, separate from the club's position, which was not involved as an investigated party
