Зависи, на Швајни му остануваше уште една година од договорот со Баерн... Витсел мислам дека уште 2 години има со Шахтјор

Витсел вреди 30 мил и е 5 год помлад од германецот. Во случај да дојдеше кај нас, ќе имаше испишано десет страни како тоа сме земале 31 годишен играч кој се повредува.

An explanation of the non-EU rule: Milan currently had more than three non-EU players in the squad prior to the window (Alex, Zapata, Muntari, Honda and Essien). Thus Milan are only allowed to sign 2 non-EU players, provided they replace 2 current non-EU players.

Muntari and Essien left the squad, allowing Milan to sign Bacca and Luiz Adriano. Thus, Milan's non-EU quota is done. Milan are not allowed to sign any more non-EU players even if the current ones leave. Unless Abdennour has an EU (European Union) passport, he cannot arrive.

Therefore, we cannot sign any players from Brazil, Serbia and any other non-EU members unless the players are from fellow Serie A squads.
