AC Milan chief Galliani gives up on Ljajic deal
Ljajic is no longer a practicable deal," the Rossoneri chief told Sky Sport Italia. "Yes, his idol is [former Milan ace] Kaka but we already have Robinho, who is staying.
We're talking about a great professional, as well as a great champion," he argued.
"I have spoken with [Milan coach Massimiliano] Allegri and he told me that 'Binho' is really very fit, is working well and that he is preparing in the best way for next season."
Despite this, though, Galliani did leave the door open for the possible early arrival of another attacking midfielder at San Siro, Keisuke Honda of CSKA Moscow.
"He will very probabably become a Milan player in January," he explained. "Could he arrive before then? It's improbable but not impossible ..."

Renato Civelli will join the club Bursaspor. Vacated by OGC Nice, the Argentine defender flew on Sunday afternoon, Buenos Aires towards Munich.
He then joined his new teammates in training in Austria, where his signature for the next two years should be formalized.
At 29, Civelli joined the 4th Turkish championship, qualified for the preliminary round of the Champions League.
AS Roma have secured the signature of Mehdi Benatia for €13.5m. The Moroccan international played for Udinese the last 3 seasons, and as part of the deal, two young Roma players, Nico Lopez and Valerio Verre, will now be co-owned by the two clubs.
