За владетелот на Дубаи, шеикот Мохамад, сите велат дека е многу едноставен човек кој низ Дубаи шета без придружба и телохранители, а тој во својот емират се чува под контрола и не дозволува непослушност.
Еден од локалните жители на Дубаи раскажал дека тој често ги посетува сите институции, министерства, фирми. Работното време во Дубаи започнува во 8.30 часот, па доколку шеикот не го пронајде работникот на своето работно место, тоа значи дека во истиот момент добива отказ.
Локалните жители живеат живот од соништата, барем кога станува збор за сите погодности кои можат да се замислат! На пример, доколку некој од тамошните локални жители се разболи и му е потребна операција или лекување на било кое место во светот, шеикот Мохамад ги плаќа сите трошоци и тоа не само за пациентот, туку и за неговото семејство кое што би сакало да отпатува со него.
Исто така, децата на локалните жители можат да студираат било каде, на било кој универзитет во светот. Така, една девојка во Дубаи завршила факултет за медицина, а за место за специјализација одбрала една болница во Минхен. Покрај тоа што Мохамад ја платил нејзината специјализација, на болницата како донација и подарил милион евра! Она што е уште поневеројатно е тоа што секој локален жител како подарок од Мохамад добива вила од 250 до 500 метри квадратни.

• Education and medical treatments are free in Libya. Libya can boast one of the finest health care systems in the Arab and African World. All people have access to doctors, hospitals, clinics and medicines, completely free of charge.
• If Libyans cannot find the education or medical facilities they need in Libya, the government funds them to go abroad for it – not only free but they get US $2,300/month accommodation and car allowance.
• 25% of Libyans have a university degree. Before Gaddafi only 25% of Libyans were literate. Today the figure is 87%.
• Libya has no external debt and its reserves amount to $150 billion – though much of this is now frozen globally.
