CodeFu Main Competition - Round 2

Dear Competitor,

The qualification rounds of CodeFu 2011 are continuing.
This Sunday 17th of April 12:00 we will have the second qualification round.

Please note the qualification rules for this year:

o There is no elimination between the two qualification rounds. Everyone
can compete on Round1 and Round2.
o We are calculating the sum of the scores from both rounds for the
qualification to the final round.
o The best 32 competitors who have the highest combined score from the
two qualification rounds will qualify for the final round.
o It is not mandatory to compete on both qualification rounds. You can
still qualify for the finals even if you compete only on one round (of
course, the chances are bigger if you compete on both qualification rounds).

The qualification rounds will be held 3rd and 17th of April.

The final round will be held 8th of May.

IMPORTANT: This year there will be two iPod Touch on each qualification round.
One for the round winner and one random for a competitor with more than 0 points.

CodeFu 2011 Shortest 3 is about to start‏

Dear Competitor,

We are happy to announce this years third shortest competition.

The shortest competitions are normally following one of the standard competitions and they last for several days.

The rules are quite simple. All the problems should be solved with as little characters as possible, and still be 100% correct for all the 100 test cases.

This competition starts at 21:00 today ant will last until 2nd of June (Thursday) 21:00.

Due to many requests regarding the very important basketball game on Sunday, the 2011 Summer competition is postponed for next week.

It is time for another regular seasonal competition, which take place every 3 months.

Compete and win one of the two iPod Touch.

The prizes are:
* One iPod Touch for the competition winner
* One iPod Touch for a random competitor with positive number of points (more than zero)

The next Seasonal competition is "2011 Summer" which takes place September 25th 2011, 12:00 (noon)

CodeFu 2011 Shortest 4 is about to start

Dear Competitor,

We are happy to announce this years fourth shortest competition.

The shortest competitions are normally following one of the standard competitions and they last for several days.

Dear Competitor,

Starting from 2012 we have implemented some changes to CodeFu:

= Arena Improvements =
The CodeFu arena has been reworked with improved: results, chat, test and compile results.

= Improved compiling and testing =
Testing is improved and the error messages are more descriptive and precise.

Значи на кратко... ова горе беа новости од CodeFu во врска со измените на арената и работи поврзани околу системот за натпреварување.
Следен натпревар е Community 4 кој треба да се одржи на 22.01.2012, најверојатно во текот на неделава би требало да има и „официјална покана“ до натпреварувачите.

CodeFu Community 4 competition! February 5th 2012, 12:00 (noon) - this Sunday

Dear Competitor,

We are happy to announce the next round of CodeFu Community.

The community competition problems are created by one of you.
We are planning 6 rounds in 2011 and 2012, after which we will have random prizes. (more attending competitors will have higher chances for a prize)

Community competitions are also rated competitions (same as main and seasonal)


The fourth round of this competition will take place this Sunday 2012-02-05 12:00 (noon).

Компанијата Netcetera и оваа година го организира CodeFu – натпревар во програмирање за студенти, апсолвенти и постдипломци. Натпреварот се состои од две онлајн квалификациски рунди во кои учествуваат сите пријавени, а најдобрите 32-ца ќе имаат можност да учествуваат на финалниот натпревар.

Како и претходните години, така и оваа, најдобрите тројца ќе патуваат во Цирих, Швајцарија на Jazoon интернационалната конференција, а двајца среќни учесници кои учествувале во првите два круга ќе добијат по еден iPod Touch.

Првата рунда започнува на 22.04.2012 (Недела) во 12:00, а јазици на кои ќе можете да програмирате се: Java, C#, C++ и Python.

Global Game Jam е најголемиот глобален настан за развивање на игри. Се одржува еднаш годишно истовремено на голем број локации во вид на 48-часовен маратон.
Како дел од International Game Developers Association (IGDA) неговата цел е да ги обедини сите кои креираат или имаат желба да креираат игри и да поттикне креативност, соработка и експериментирање.

Global Game Jam 2013 ќе се одржи од 25 до 27 јануари 2013 година на 313 локации во 63 земји.

На покана на Global Game Jam, Inc. и International Game Developers Association, Македонската асоцијација за развивање игри “МАГДА” во јануари 2013 година, ќе го организира Global Game Jam Македонија на две локации во Македонија – ФОН Универзитетот во Скопје и новата сала на Совет на Општина Битола. На него ќе се сретнат професионалци, студенти, средношколци и ентузијасти од различни сфери за заедно да креираат игри, разменуваат знаење и остваруваат контакти.

Global Game Jam Македонија веќе има 150 пријавени учесници на двете локации и неколку стотна публика. Локациите имаат капацитет за прием и на поголем број учесници. Со цел да се оствари 48-часовен континуиран престој, за секој учесник освен простор за работа и интернет пристап, ќе има и храна, пијалоци и простор за одмор. За публиката и учесниците ќе бидат организирани предавања и работилници.

Најдобрите игри ќе бидат наградени.
