Situation on Hlukhiv front: During the last week, Russian Army continued to secure the eastern outskirts of Bachivsk and managed to consolidate its positions in the outlying areas of the locality. This was made possible after the Ukrainian Army's 104th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade suffered heavy losses in the area and withdrew to the adjacent locality of Tovstodubove, which is under heavy Russian shelling.
Situation north of Kharkov: During the last week, Russian army has intensified its operations in small groups beyond the T-21-04 highway, reaching the outskirts of Zemlyanoy Yar Ravine and creating a large gray zone that is difficult to consolidate due to the scarcity of forest cover and the heavy presence of drones. The situation for Ukrainian army in Vilcha has become critical after Russian forces began eliminating isolated troops in that locality, while fighting has returned again in Shesterivka.
Situation on Kupiansk front: During the last week, Russian Army has cleared the forest and the northern part of Kupyansk-Vuzlovyi after a month and a half of fighting, pushing the front line toward the silicate plant. Meanwhile, Russian forces continue to advance in Novoosynove and south of Hlushkivka.
Situation north of Donetsk & Lyman fronts: During the last week, the situation in Stavky has remained difficult for the Russians due to the extension of the incursions by Ukrainian forces into the locality’s rear. Russian forces are attempting to relieve the pressure through new operations in the gray zones of Ukrainian infiltration to the east and west of Stavky, where they have managed to retake positions adjacent to Zarichne and in Drobysheve.
Meanwhile, in Lyman, Russian army is beginning to gain the upper hand over Ukrainian army after consolidating its positions in the Masliakivka district and the Lisovyi neighborhood, as well as in the central microdistrict, creating footholds from which to continue penetrating deeper into the town, while Ukrainian forces attempt to maintain stability along the railroad line.
Situation on Siversk, Mykolaivka & Soledar fronts: During the last week, Russian army has made significant advances along the Donets River, taking control of the village of Pyskunivka (it should be noted that Russian DRGs entered the area in early May after crossing the river) following the capture of Mala Pyskunivka. This has enabled to launch infiltration attacks on the outskirts of Starodubivka & the town of Mykolaivka, an important Ukrainian stronghold near the city of Sloviansk. Furthermore, Russians eliminated Ukrainian presence north of Riznykivka & Kalenyky and continued to advance in Rai-Oleksandrivka towards the water canal.
Moreover, on the other side of the canal, Russian forces consolidated their positions in the eastern half of Malynivka & on the eastern outskirts of Tykhonivka, whilst also securing the section of the canal to the west of Minkivka.
Situation on Chasov Yar, Ilyinovskaya, Konstantinovskaya & Druzhkovskaya fronts: After taking control of Markove in mid-June, during the last three weeks Russian army managed to take control of the trench systems to the north of the locality. Meanwhile, during the last week, Russian forces have begun to exert intense pressure on Ukrainian positions in Mykolaivka & Chervone, both linked to Chasov Yar.
Furthermore, in the city of Kostiantynivka, Russian forces advanced into the Chervonyi & Novoselivka districts & the OJSC ‘Weighting Plant’, whilst combing operations continue in the rest of the city, 90–95% of which is under Russian control.
In addition, after three weeks of fighting, Russian troops began to enter the locality of Torske, north of Pryyut.
Situation on Dobropillya, Krivorozhskaya, Pokrovsk & Udachnenskaya fronts: During the last week, Russian army has begun advancing towards Serhiivka following two months of positional fighting and heavy shelling along the M-30 road and the railway line. Advances are also being made a few kilometres west of Hryshyne and south of Myrne. Furthermore, Russian forces advanced north of Novooleksandrivka and consolidated a series of positions in the grey zone north of Pokrovsk, whilst infiltration operations were launched in Shevchenko. Further north, after three months of fighting, the Russians have managed to gain the upper hand over Ukrainian army in Novyi Donbas, and DRG's have begun operating on the eastern outskirts of Dobropillya town, near the wastewater treatment plant.
Situation on Velikomikhailovskaya, Komarskaya fronts:
The Kill Zone between Vovcha and Mokri Yaly.
Fighting between the Ukrainian and Russian armies continued during the last week at various positions, supported by a large number of drones and artillery fire. The fighting in Iskra, Yanvarske, Voskresenka, Tolstoi and Piddubne suggests a fluid and diffuse front line (similar to that in the Pokrovskaya sector), with the fighting approaching Komark.
Situation on Pokrovskaya & Novomykolaivka fronts: During the last week, Russian army has continued to expand the Kill Zone south of the Vovcha River, advancing into Oleksandrivka. As with Bohodarivka, Pysantsi & Novoskelyuvate, Russian incursions did not result in the capture and consolidation of these localities, but they highlight a difficult situation for Ukrainian army, which does not have firm control of the area either. The porous nature of the front line makes it difficult to establish a clear dividing line, whilst small Ukrainian & Russian units continue to infiltrate several kilometres into enemy positions.
Meanwhile, the situation in Radisne, which is also in a grey zone, with no clear control, was clarified.
Situation on Huliaipole & Orikhiv fronts: During the last week, Ukrainian army has made slight advances south of Kosivtseve. Meanwhile, Russian army has regained the initiative and stepped up its attacks on Vozdvyzhivka and Verkhnya Tersa, reaching the outskirts of Lisne, Rivne and Kopani. Russian forces also advanced west of Staroukrainka, re-entering Hirke, and began clearing out Ukrainian forces west of Zaliznychne.
In Novoselivka and Huliaipilske, Ukrainian forces are working to drive out Russian forces whilst heavy shelling is taking place to the north of both localities. Furthermore, over the past three weeks, Russian troops have made further advances north of Luhivske and south of Charivne.
