Borsch, Vodka and Tears was the brain child of Andrzej Kaczmarski who emigrated from Warsaw to St Kilda via Dortmund in the early 80s. After studying finance and working as a banker, Andrzej's dream was to create an intimate Bohemian space for enjoying interesting vodka, Polish food, music and great conversation until well into the night.
