Има серија пресуди, од кои, може да се издвојат и онаа во полза на религиозните и онаа во полза на гласачките права (8-1). Оваа е втора позначително пресува во однос на религиозните права.
А од друга страна имаш интересна комбинирана пресуда во врска со правата на затворениците.
Се очекуваат две пресуди за имиграционите права односно две оспорени политики на администрацијата на Трамп, пресуда за животната средина и најголемата, за правото на абортус. Веќе треба до наредната недела да се произнесат и тука престанува мандатот на Брајер, него ќе го замени Браун.
Околу новите ограничувања за поседување на оружје, кои ќе поминат во Сенатот затоа што зад нив застанаа 14 републикански сенатори, постои голема веројатност тоа ограничување да падне на Врховниот суд. Мислам дека едно од огранучувањата е подигнување на старосната граница за поседување на оружје. Тоа е апсурдно од низа причини. На 18 имаш право да гласаш. На 18 имаш право да се приклучиш кон армијата. И на 18 години имаш право да си го промениш родот! Зошто, ако имаш право да одредени држави да го промениш родот, на федерално ниво да немаш право да носиш и поседуваш оружје? Такво ограничување во Уставот не постои.
Згора на се, преговарачкиот тим на републиканците го водеше Корнин од Тексас кој е 180С спротивно од она што е Круз. Самиот си пука во нога кога гледа дека политичките за правото на поседување на оружје високо котираат меѓу неговото, републиканското, гласачко тело, посебно меѓу републиканците во Тексас. Вториот проблем е во излагањата каде не можат да одговорат на прашањето до кој степен, овој закон т.е. ограничување, ќе ги превенира вооружените напади предизвикани од/со огнено оружје! Сепак, при рестрикција, се очекува одреден пад на вооружените напади и убиства, инаку која полза од таа рестрикција!

ако сакаат да ја спуштат цената на нафтата, само треба една јавна посета на С.Арабија и изјава дека ,,треба,, да го зголемат производтсвото за 1 милион барели дневно и дека таа количина САД ќе ја откупат по берзански цени за пополнување на држаните резерви
ПС: САд обично не купува нафта, туку ја трампа за ,,обзебедување на сигурност,,....трампа за оружје, изградба на инфратруктура....т.е. никогаш не плаќа со пари

Да ама приближување до Саудијците не се прави со нарекување на улицата каде е саудијската амбасада - Кашоги(ева) улица. Кашоги е инаку новинар дисидент (читај амерички и турски шпиун), кој во саудијската амбасада дошол да бара некој документ за регистрација на женење и таму го убиле и распарчиле (или раствориле во киселина). Се разбира, по наредба на принцот Бин Салман.

Per the document, the Texas GOP proposed that any "federally mandated legislation that infringes upon the 10th Amendment rights of Texas should be ignored, opposed, refused, and nullified."
"Texas retains the right to secede from the United States, and the Texas Legislature should be called upon to pass a referendum consistent thereto," the document reads.
In the document, the Texas GOP also urged state lawmakers to bring a vote to the people of Texas "to determine whether or not the State of Texas should reassert its status as an independent nation." Per the state GOP's proposal, this vote would be on the ballot in 2023.
On top of its call for secession, the Texas GOP also asked for state lawmakers to look into prosecuting election fraud.
"We urge the passage of a constitutional amendment that gives the Texas Attorney General concurrent jurisdiction to prosecute election fraud along with the county District Attorneys," the GOP's platform document read.
While the Texas GOP has not outlined when exactly such a vote might take place, this is not the first occasion that the idea of secession has been floated. In November, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz said the state might secede if the situation in the US becomes "hopeless."
"We're not there yet, and if there comes a point where it's hopeless, then I think we take NASA, we take the military, we take the oil," Cruz said.
However, according to the Constitution, Texas is not able to unilaterally leave the Union.
