Нека се ебат. Свесни се дека со ова се паѓа во вода. Наводно на документот стоело и од сите СЕРИЈА А клубови се детално и финансии, трансфери, плусваленци итн итн. Ова важи дека ФИГЦ и да сака да покрени постапка против било кој клуб во Серија А кој се дел на списокот за тој период ќе е невалидна истаѕа.

(Ако сфатив добро) На списокот наводно имало забелешки за повеќе серија а клубови, нивни трансфери и нивната финансиска состојба во однос дали се во минус или плус и колку имено Рома, Интер и Наполи.

Патем истиот документ го користат,и во истрагата за платите.

Прдд некпе време инаше колумна од некој член на некој суд во Италија. За платите ако сме пронајдени криви во најлош случај би добиле -2поени од спортска преспектива додека финансиски ќе сме добиеле салааам казна.

Документит кој до пред сат се криеше во воени бункери како државна тајна по неполн сат од пресудата иако на Јуве ќе му е предаден утре е 'разгледан' од Газета и се тврди дека немало ништо на него кое би ни помогнало туку ФИГЦ само го криела онака

Значи уште не продаден не прегледан сме одлучиле дека го нема ѕоа што се надевавме боже господе Сузи ФИ и нејзината тајфа од Газета

The Federal Prosecutor wrote on April 14th 2021: "On the basis of these considerations of rights, on which this Prosecution cannot exercise its investigative and prosecuting prerogatives, it is evident that exercising a disciplinary action in this matter, in a methodological logic of continuity with respect to the evaluations already carried out in previously examined disciplinary cases, could be usefully pursued where sufficient evidence emerges to reinforce the need to investigate cases of those who reasonably assume the subsistence of player exchange deals between 2 or more professional clubs, in terms of similar systematic mercato transactions and not as an episodic deal, with the purpose of overestimating the balance sheet data of these clubs, precisely, the Plusvalenze system".

Actually the phrase "where sufficient evidence emerges to reinforce the need to investigate" could show the absence of a crime as claimed on several occasions by the bianconeri lawyers who are going word by word through the document.

Јас искрено мислам ќе ги вратат чим ФИГЦ почна да се противи на таа одлука за овај документ. Мое мислење е дека ќе ги вратат, до некни и Алегри беше претпазлив во изјавите ама сега некако и тој веќе не е. ФИГЦ размислува да не се појавува на рочиштето. Поради истиот документ првично се ослободени од вина Паратичи и Черубини...На крајот на Март треба да има вест за одлука.

Juve are accused of artificially inflating transfer fees in exchange deals with other clubs to boost their capital gains, therefore making it look as if they were moving around much more valuable assets than in reality.

The Federation had fought to block the release of the document and lost the emergency appeal last night.

However, La Gazzetta dello Sport insists it has read the six-page document and it does not contain the information Juventus lawyers had hoped.

Indeed, Juventus are never mentioned by name and above all there is nothing that can be defined a ‘notitae criminis’ – the notice that sets a criminal prosecution in motion.

If it had been present in the document from April 2021, Juve could’ve argued that the investigation effectively started at that point, rendering the punishment beyond the statute of limitations.

За ива и велев. Во воен бункер ја криеја, 5 мин после пресудата наеднаш ова го објави Газета а Јуве баш сега го доби документот..гласини и ништо друго

Уште не разгледани документите ама не сме нашле шо треба иако сега го добивме документот. Плус ФИГЦ онака го криеле поради принцип. Глупости живи, обид за покривање на срањето кое го направија.
