Прошлава година беше актуелен случајот со полицаецот што со 8 крушуми уби 13 годишно дете со пластична играчка со изглед на Узи (автоматско оружје). Сведоците велат дека детево си идело по улица, џандарот еднаш викнал и ладнокрвно го изрешетал. (што е најбезвезе детево имало видливи слушалки на ушите)

Ајде сега пак споредете со овде кај нас. Колку и да е без врска овде по поглед на професионалноста на полицијата и спроведување на законите... барем не се убиваат деца со играчки по улица.

Па и не се ни нормални ова америве. Нормален човек не може да убие 13 годишно дете а и од грижа на совест ќе се поремети, ама има многу цајкани таму со пост воен синдром од блиски исток така да немаат проблем да убиваат. Јас да би бил родител на ова дете би го одрал наживо.

Копиљ од 17 години си го сликал... половиот орган (во возбудена состојба) и фотографијата и ја испратил на девојка му. Родителите ја виделе фотографијата и случајот го пријавиле во полиција.
Полицијата потоа добила потпишан налог од судија да обезбеди полициски фотографии од еректиран пенис на копиљот, за истите да се споредат со оригиналната фотографија. Затоа што копиљот бил обвинет за продуцирање на малолетничка порнографија (сам се сликал себе).

Не знам како полицајците мислеле да го возбудат малиот, ама знам дека целава работа е ретардирана. Практично самата полиција ќе поризведува „малолетничка порнографија„ со самото сликање.


Мислам, ништо не е спорно дека копиљот направил нешто што не смеел, но обвинување за „малолетничка порнографија„ и регистрирање во регистарот за педофили?
Не знам зошто едноставно не му дале 300-400 саати социјална работа да чисти ѓубре. Ама тaка е тоа во Land of the Free...

New York City police officers killed a man Thursday after he had broken up a fight between two other men, insisting on placing him in a chokehold and slamming his head to the pavement, piling on top of him as he gasped for air and as he continually told the cops he couldn't breathe.

The entire incident was caught on video from a witness who kept telling the cops that the man had not committed a crime.

But evidently, the cops suspected him of selling untaxed cigarettes, which apparently is a very serious crime in New York City.

According to the New York Daily News: "I can't breathe! I can't breathe!" Eric Garner, 43, repeatedly screamed after at least five NYPD officers took him down in front of a Tompkinsville beauty supply store when he resisted being handcuffed. Within moments Garner, a married father of six children with two grandchildren, ceased struggling and appeared to become unconscious as police called paramedics to the scene. An angry crowd gathered, some recording with smart phones. "When I kissed my husband this morning, I never thought it would be for the last time," Garner's wife, Esaw Gardner, told the Daily News. Police officials said Garner has a history of arrests for selling untaxed cigarettes. They did not immediately say why officers were at the scene when he drew their attention. An NYPD spokesman would only say the man "was being placed in custody, went into cardiac arrest and died" at Richmond University Medical Center.

Although police are not saying what led up to this incident, it is believed they responded to fight between two other men.

Garner broke up the fight and the two other men fled, so that left the cops with nobody to harass except Garner, whom they apparently knew from his history of selling untaxed cigarettes.

Garner weighed 400 pounds and had a series of health complications, which will no doubt be the blame for his death.

But the video speaks for itself. He was killed by the NYPD.

Како и да е, САД дефинитивно стануваат полициска држава. Полицијата може и убива, ранува и тепа луѓе без никакви механизми за заштита на невините и без пресумција на невиност.

Ново видео за настанот што го постави Братот. Јасно се слуша муабетот на џандарите кога ги прашуваат зошто не даваат вештачко дишење на жртвата:

“Now they’re trying to get him an ambulance, after they harassed and slammed him down,” a woman taking the video says. “[The] NYPD harassing people for no reason, he didn’t do anything at all.”

“Why is no one doing CPR?” a witness at the scene asks.

“He’s breathing,” an officer responds back.

Why were officers just standing over Garner? NYPD officers are trained in CPR. Why didn’t any of them try to save Garner? The video shows them check his pulse, empty his pockets…and just look down at him.

EIGHT officers stood over Garner and not one of them offered any kind of medical assistance to the man.

Did they know he was already dead before EMS arrived?

The EMS workers didn’t attempt to administer care either – they simply loaded Garner onto a stretcher and took him away.

The man was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at a Staten Island hospital.

Florida dad catches pedophile abusing his son and beats him black and blue

A Daytona Beach father who walked in on a man sexually battering his 11-year-old son Friday said he did what he had a right to do when he beat the suspect unconscious, leaving him in a puddle of blood, according to a 9-1-1 call.

"I just walked in on a grown man molesting ...," the upset father told a dispatcher. "And I got him in a bloody puddle for you officer."

The father was acting like a dad, said Daytona Beach police Chief Mike Chitwood.

Police responding to the Daytona Beach home at 1:07 a.m. Friday after the father called them and found Raymond Frolander, 18, of Holly Hill lying motionless on the living room floor. Frolander had several knots on his face and was bleeding from the mouth, an arrest report states.

The 35-year-old unidentified father told police that he walked in on Frolander and interrupted him as Frolander sexually battered the boy, the report states.

Asked by the dispatcher if any weapons were involved, the father said "my foot and my fist."

"I didn't proceed to ask him any questions sir," the father said. "He is nice and knocked out on the floor for you. I drug him out to the living room."

The father was not charged in Frolander's beating, police spokesman Jimmie Flynt said.

"Dad was acting like a dad. I don't see anything we should charge the dad with," Chitwood said. "You have an 18-year-old who has clearly picked his target, groomed his target and had sex with the victim multiple times."

Chitwood said the suspect lives next door to the victim.

"The 18-year-old was almost like a family member," the chief said.

Asked in the 9-1-1 call if the man was injured, the father told the dispatcher he believed Frolander needed help.

"Send an ambulance. He is going to need one," the father said.

Frolander was treated for his injuries at Halifax Health Medical Center. His jail picture shows several cuts, bruises and swelling on his face.

According to Frolander's arrest affidavit, police say when they questioned him he admitted sexually battering the child and said, "I'm guilty."

Frolander was charged with sexual battery by an 18-year-old on a victim under 12 and is being held without bail, Volusia County Branch Jail records show.

The child told investigators that he was playing video games with friends but after the friends left, Frolander asked the boy to sit in his lap and then took him to a back room, the report states.

Frolander then pulled the boy's pants down and started sexually battering him, the boy told police, adding that Frolander had been abusing him since he was 8 years old, investigators said.

Chitwood said, in these types of sex cases, it's often people who are trusted - like in the Warner Christian case, where fifth-grade teacher Matthew Graziotti was arrested on federal charges of producing and possessing child porn - that hurt children.

There is "something that's lost that you can never get back and that's innocence," the chief said.

"When (the victim) sat on the 18-year-old's lap, he knew what was next," Chitwood said. "The young man was in fear that if he didn't comply, he would get hurt."

In the 9-1-1 call the father said he stepped out of his home to get food and when he came back he knew something was not right because the house was too quiet. He walked into the room and saw Frolander and the child, he said to a dispatcher.

"He stood up and his pants were around his ankles and nothing else needed to be said," the father told the dispatcher. "I did whatever I got a right to do except I didn't kill him."

He added, "You are damn lucky boy that I love my God."
