Баронот Константин Бели – “Македонецот“ како што со гордост се потпишувал низ европските метрополи, е роден кон средината на XVIII век (околу 1760 – 1770 год.) во Постол (Пела) - Егејска Македонија

Ο βαρόνος Κωνσταντίνος Μπέλλιος ή Βέλλιος γεννήθηκε στις 7 Μαρτίου 1772 στη Βλάστη Μακεδονίας.
Баронот Константин Белиу или Велиу (ако сакаш нека да биде и Бели) е роден на 7 март 1772 година во Власти, Македонија.

Да не навлегуваме надвор од темата, јас убаво појаснив која е поентата на темата.

А апелот на Константин Белиoт кон неговите еднородни Македонци е многу едноставен.

Убаво е опишано на МакедониУмот во врска со задните игри на Грците и злоупотребувањето на фондовите.

И следното настојување да се скршне од темава ќе го сметам за злонамерно.

Most important among the gifts to the Library are those of the
brothers Christopher and Constantine Sakellarios (5,400 volumes, 1833);
that of the Macedonian, Constantine Bellios (1,886 volumes, 1837)

North-east of Bogatsikó stands the township of Blátsi (see fig. 139) which sent an appreciable number of emigrants to Austria. Of these, Stergios Doubas (1794-1870), from a family originally hailing from Moschopolis [5], became celebrated for his gifts to his native town as well as to the nation (the Arsakeion, the University of Athens, and other benefactions). Another was Baron K. Bellios (1772-1837), who was a benefactor to the municipal hospital of Athens ('ἡ Ἐλπίς'). Bellios also fostered the work of the Greek Archaeological Society and that of the educational body known as 'ἡ Φιλεκπαιδευτικὴ Ἑταιρεία'. In addition, he provided large sums for the resettlement of Macedonian refugees at New Pella and the founding of the 'Velliaeon Foundation', which has enabled hundreds of Macedonians to complete their studies, right up to this day.

Once reorganized, the Macedonian irregulars took the field with other Greeks and helped to clear continental Greece of hostile forces. After the liberation of Greece, they desired to settle permanently in the land for whose freedom they had shed abundant blood, like other refugees from parts of Greece yet to be liberated. Α delegatıon contacted the wealthy Macedonian emigré, Constantine Bellios (from Blátsi), with the object of arranging for a collection of funds from their fellow-Macedonians to provide the necessary capital for the foundation of a settlement near Atalánti, to be called New Pella. There, they would be near the boundary of Thessaly and, consequently, not so far from their homeland of Macedonia.

Bellios, who, incidentally, had given 60.000 drs. towards the municipal hospital of Athens, donated about 2.000 books, in Greek, Latin, German and Italian, to the library of New Pella. It is clear, however, that Macedonia was uppermost in his mind, for he specified, in a legal document, that these books were to be put at the disposal of Macedonia.
