Hard requirements:
Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS 3, and Javascript
Understanding of responsive web development
Clean, commented, standards-compliant code. Anyone needs to be able to pick up anyone else's project quickly if needed.
Things that'd be nice but will otherwise be picked up through working:
Experience with writing Wordpress themes
Experience working with a version management system (ie: GIT or Mercurial, though we use GIT)
Any sort of sysadmin experience
