Дипломат од Руската дипломатска мисија во Дрезден барон вон Волф се обратил до министерството за инострани работи во Саксонија со следното писмо (Градски архив Лајпциг, Кар. 42,0, на германски. јазик):

"Почитуван господине министре! Рускиот народ, кој живее во Лајпциг, оддамна мечтае да има соптвена црква, во која можно би било да проповеда на православните богослуженија. Во последно време кон нив се присоединија бугарите, србите и македонците, кои повеќе не сакаат да ги посетуваат службите на греческата општина во Лајпциг. Во врска со тоа имам чест да ви се обратам со молба за содејствие за добивање одобрение за создавање храм во каков-било дом, со тоа, што свештеник од руската црква во Дрезден во определени дни би можел таму да одржува богослужба ", Волф, Дрезден, 12 ноември 1907 година".

Кралското министерство за религии и образование, како одговор на писмото на барон вон Волф донесе на 9 јануар 1908 година решение за отворање руски домов храм и организација на црковен живот за русите, србите, бугарите и македонците во Лајпциг. Ама во материалот на LIFE има неточности.
Кога се сборева за народи, што за народ са Бесарабците? Чисти Бугари. Бегалци от почетокот на XIX век от Тракиjа /бегали от Турците после една руско-турска воjна/. И сега знаат от кое село са биле.
А за Македонците - точно за куцовласи се работи. Старите Бугари знаат што правеха куцовласите по границата кон Бугарите. Неслучајно пише дека са родени убиjци. Жандари на Романската власт.
